    Your price is set by the date you apply, not the date you pay. Apply before midnight Eastern on a tier's last day to lock that tier's price.

    8-foot tables. Two chairs included. Up to two tables per vendor. Electricity is an extra $25 and is very limited — only six outlets, around the edges of the hall.

    There are 60 tables total and we expect to sell out. Apply early.

    House Rules

    Vendor Policy

    • This is a "Fun Bigfoot Event," not a horror or paranormal event. No gore, nudity or sexually provocative material, occult items or imagery, Ouija boards, or intentionally inflammatory political or religious material.
    • This is a curated event and all final decisions are at the discretion of the event planner. The vibe we're going for is basically a fun Marvel movie — without the one F-bomb. Just be cool.
    • No category is capped. If you sell apparel, art, or anything else that other vendors also sell, you are still welcome to apply — placement is simply at the organizer's discretion.
    • Setup runs 8 AM to 11 AM Saturday morning. Everyone enters through the main doors. Once you've unloaded, move your vehicle toward the back of the parking lot so customers can park closer to the venue.
    • Please stay until the event ends at 6 PM. Load-out through one main entrance is difficult if vendors start leaving while customers are still coming in. If you want to quietly start packing up around 5:30 PM so you're ready to roll at 6, that's fine.
    • Your space will be clearly marked Saturday morning. We hope to send a digital vendor map to everyone at the beginning of December.
    • Applications stay open right up to the event, but the vendor map locks on November 30. Vendors approved after November 30 still get a table, but they are placed wherever there is room, they may not appear on the map, and payment is due immediately rather than within the usual one-week window.
    • The hall is a large brick-and-steel building. Cell data is okay at best, and while the venue has Wi-Fi, there's no way to know how it will perform with a full hall. If your sales system depends on connectivity, bring a hotspot or a backup plan. We're telling attendees to bring cash.
    • Vendor fees are nonrefundable. If you have to pull out for weather or another unforeseen circumstance, that's understood and won't be held against you — but booth fees are spent in advance promoting and producing the event, so those funds are long gone by December 12.
    • All Pennsylvania sales tax collection, reporting, and other applicable tax obligations are the responsibility of each individual vendor.
    • There will be a Free Promotions Table where you can leave stickers, flyers, and other small promotional items for attendees to take home. If you have a pile of promo stuff to unload, bring it.
    • Monaca Turners has a bar where food and beverages are available for purchase. Drunkenness or unruly behavior will result in removal from the premises. Security will be on site.
    • Please help us spread the word. Share our posts, invite your customers, tell your friends. Every person you help bring through the doors is another potential customer for you and your fellow vendors.

    How It Works

    1. 1Submit your application.
    2. 2David reviews it and emails you within a few weeks if you're selected.
    3. 3Once accepted, you get an approval email with the amount due and payment links — PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
    4. 4Whichever you use, put your business name in the payment note. It is the only way we can match your payment to your application.
    5. 5For applications approved on or before November 30, payment is due within one week of approval to hold your spot. For applications approved after November 30, payment is due immediately.
    6. 6If payment isn't received by that deadline, your spot is released back to the public and your locked-in price is forfeited. Reapplying means paying the current price.
